In-depth hands-on experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting multiple forms of fiber/copper connectivity and LAN/WAN links (including DS-X and OC/SONET), VPN devices, Firewalls, Routers, Packet Shapers, Switches, and Hubs.  Design, implementation, and administration of user support procedures and help desk for users of various skill levels and support requirements.  Architect and implementation of local and wide area modem and network links via dial-up lines and dedicated circuits (Frame, T1, T3, and OC3).
